We've got a Monday doubleheader on deck to close out Super Wild Card Weekend, and what better way to attack an NFL playoff slate than to fire on a few juicy anytime touchdown bets. Here are our favorite TD bets for Pittsburgh Steelers-Buffalo Bills and Philadelphia Eagles-Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
This is strictly a price play. With A.J. Brown ruled out for the game, the Eagles will be rotating in Watkins, Julio Jones and Olamide Zaccheaus to complement DeVonta Smith and Dallas Goedert. It's impossible to predict which secondary wide receiver is going to see the most work on Monday night, so we'll take a stab at the highest-priced option in Watkins.
The weakness of this Eagles defense is the linebackers. Philadelphia is abysmal at covering the middle of the field, and that's primarily where Otton likes to operate. This is a great price for Baker Mayfield's third-favorite red-zone option.
We don't see the Steelers having much success on offense with the cold and windy weather conditions projected in Orchard Park. So, if we don't see value in any offensive players, let's take a shot on the defense to score a touchdown at a huge price.
Josh Allen finished the regular season with the second-most turnovers in the NFL (22), and he's always a threat to throw a terrible interception or cough up a fumble near his own end zone.
Speaking of Allen, we like him to find the end zone more than once with his legs. The Bills QB scored eight touchdowns over the last six weeks of the regular season, and he ran for two scores in three of those games.
It won't be easy to throw in these weather conditions, so Buffalo will ride Allen's legs all game and especially inside the red zone.
